The focus of this project is to encourage young people to undertake scuba diving. It focuses on promoting and encouraging a culture of participation in sports and physical activities amongst the Gozitan society, besides that of volunteering, social inclusion, healthy behaviors and lifestyles focusing on outdoor sports besides enhancing soft skills.

The main outputs of the project are:

• Introduce a number of youths to scuba diving

• Training  of youths to scuba dive

• Do underwater cleanups

This initiative is being supported by the Ministry for Gozo NGO  Promotion of  Sports Initiatives and    Facilities, a funding  programme for Voluntary  Organisations   on the Island of Gozo
